Spring 2004 - Capital Link launches in Russia the Annual Investor Relations Awards (IR Awards), a concept which is well established in most major markets around the world. The objective of the IR Awards is to identify and recognize annually those individuals and companies which adopt and practice high standards of corporate governance, financial disclosure and investor relations, functions which are among the key criteria in the decision making process of domestic and international investors. The nominees for each Award are determined based on surveys and interviews within the global investment community, including institutional investors (buy side) and securities firms (sell side). The overall process will commence immediately and will be completed by the end of this year. The Awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Moscow in spring 2004. The Russian IR Awards will also serve to promote the Russian stock market abroad, as there will be extensive surveying of the international investment community. There will also be a special website dedicated to the Awards with full details and archive of the process, organizers, sponsors, nominees and winners (www.IRAwardsRussia.com).

Spring 2004 - Invest in Russia Conference - New York - Due to feedback we have received from the US investment community, we are organizing an Investing in Russia Conference enabling Russian companies to approach investors in US, Canada and Europe. Investing in Russia Conference, is scheduled to take place in New York City, on Thursday, November 20, 2003. The Conference will be broken up into panels by sector and for each panel we will have two to three company presentations. Our target audience is comprised of institutional investors focusing on Eastern European countries and especially in Russia, analysts, institutional salespeople, private bankers, and high net worth investors. The event will be also covered by the financial media and press.
