Dimitris Tzelepis
Head of Investor Relations, Hellenic Telecommunications Organization
(OTE)
Dimitris Tzelepis was appointed Head of Investor Relations of OTE in May 2003. He started his career working in corporate finance with Procter & Gamble, and then continued as a banker with Merrill Lynch and ETEBA Investment Bank (National Bank of Greece Group).
Making a career change to Investor Relations, he became Investor Relations Officer at Panafon-Vodafone and Alpha Bank, before joining OTE.
In the 2005 Thomson-Extel survey he was ranked second in Greece among IRs, and sixth in Europe among European telecom Investor Relations executives.
He holds an MBA in Finance from City University (Cass) Business School, London, as well as professional accreditations in equities and derivatives trading.
Dimitris was born in Patras in 1967, has served as president of the 1994 City MBA Finance students and his interest include Hellenistic and Byzantine history. He is married to Mrs. Christina Thomaidou.
