PHILIPPE M COSTELETOS
Partner and co-head of Texas Pacific Group in Europe
Since joining Texas Pacific Group in 2003, he led the $3.0 billion take private of Debenhams in the UK and, recently, the $2.0 billion buyout of TIM Hellas in Greece. Prior to joining Texas Pacific Group, Mr Costeletos was a Member of the Management Committee at Investcorp where he worked for 8 years and was involved in a number of buyouts in Switzerland, Norway, the Netherlands and the UK. Prior to joining Investcorp, Mr Costeletos was with JP Morgan Capital where he was involved in private equity investments across Europe and Latin America. Previously, Mr Costeletos worked with Morgan Stanley in London and New York.
Mr Costeletos received his B.A., Magna Cum Laude, with distinction in Mathematics from Yale University in 1987. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, Beta Gamma Sigma, in 1991.
Mr Costeletos is a Board director of Debenhams and TIM Hellas.
