MacArthur Capital Group
is a privately held diversified investment boutique founded in 1997 to invest
in a combination of real estate assets and fixed income financial instruments.
Our strategy is to invest in income producing real estate assets only at the
times of the real estate cycles that ensure conservative values and reasonable
returns. We also invest a small portion of our assets in under-performing
properties which we restore to financial and physical well being by upgrading/converting
and repositioning them in the market.
Currently we own and manage
approximately 80 retail and professional spaces and residential condominiums
located primarily in New York City's East side. With the support of a AA rated
financial institution, we also manage our portfolio of investment grade long
term fixed income financial instruments and money market securities to maintain
the liquidity necessary to our investment strategy.
Overall, by pursuing its
conservative investment approach, combined with its real estate expertise,
the MacArthur Capital Group aims to continue producing the positive and steady
returns it has produced for its investors.
