Mr. Zachary Miles, Vice Chairman of the Board

C K Z Miles joined the Board of Management in December 1999 as Chief Financial Officer. He was Chief Financial Officer from December 1999 until October 2001. Mr Miles is now responsible for corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions and business development and was appointed Vice Chairman in February 2002.

From June 1998 to December 1999 Mr Miles was Director and Chief Financial Officer for Select Appointments (Holdings) Ltd. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the UK.
