Mr. Xavier Leroy, Director, Issuer Relations

Aged 35, Xavier LEROY is postgraduate in finance from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. After working for the Total group, he joined the SICOVAM (French central depository) in 1993 within the international cooperation department. In 1996, he continued this activity at SBF-Paris Bourse as Project Manager.

In 1998, he was appointed Head of Membership Sales & Support and, in 1999, became Deputy Director of a new department within the Listing Division, which notably promoted the Nouveau Marché and the Second Marché.

Since September 2001, he has been in charge of the Issuer Relations Department at Euronext NV (Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Lisbon).

He was appointed Director in 2001.
