Annual Closed-End Fund and Global ETF Conference - April 10, 2003, New
York City - The
event was a tremendous success with over 400 members of the investment
community and financial press in attendance. This year's theme included
U.S. Closed-End Funds and Hedge Funds, thereby offering investors a broader
range of investment opportunities. The keynote speaker of the conference
was Dr. Mark Mobius, Managing Director of Templeton Asset Management.
