Mr. Solano is Investor Relations Vice President of The Mexico Fund and Director of Economic Research for the investment adviser, Impulsora del Fondo Mιxico, which he joined in 1991. Mr. Solano is an Economist from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (known as ITAM for its Spanish initials), with special courses on NAFTA and a Business Program at the IPADE Business School in Mexico City.
