Steven A. Baffico

Steven A. Baffico is a Managing Director in the U.S. Retail Group for BlackRock. He currently serves as the Head of the Listed Funds business, which includes 102 closed-end funds and related strategic investment products with approximately $40 billion in total assets. Responsibilities include origination, syndication, investment banking, sales management and distribution of IPO new issues and secondary marketing.
Mr. Baffico has served in various capacities for the U.S Retail Group, including Director of Strategic Initiatives, Product Sales Manager, Product Specialist and Regional Wholesaler. He started with BlackRock in 1999 as an Internal Wholesaler.
Mr. Baffico earned a BA degree in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995. He has successfully completed the NASD Series 6, 7, 63 examinations and is a current CIMA candidate.
