INFORMATION ABOUT SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship provides:

Presentation at the Forum: You can present your Fund or company at the appropriate segment. Presentations will be limited to twenty minutes (15 minutes plus 5 for Q&A).

Inclusion in Forum Journal: With the occasion of the Forum, we will put together a special Journal "Handbook of Investing in CEFs and ETFs" with articles written by participants and experts of Closed End Fund and ETF's on topics of interest. It will be distributed widely at and after the Conference (we will print 5,000 copies - each firm can get 100-200 copies to distribute on its own).

Distribute materials and literature: All of your materials will be made available to the participants of the conference. The conference materials include your Fund's logo, profile, curriculum vitae of the presenter and Fund's presentation. We will also include your printed PowerPoint presentation with copies provided by you.

Financial Media coverage: Provided by Capital Link and our media partners. In addition, a press release is disseminated on the day of the event to the institutional investment community and financial press.

Investor or media meetings: If interested, we will arrange for one-to-one meetings with investors, analysts and members of the media attending the conference.

Interview(s): We will conduct one or two interview(s) during 2008 (before or after the event) and notify the investment community through email alerts. Also, the interview will be posted online at the forum's website and distributed to the investment community.

Webcast: A webcast of your presentation will be available on the Forum's site for at least six months. We also provide you with a link to the webcast to be used on your site.

Dissemination to the investment community: We notify investors who did not attend the event to log in and access the conference material and your webcast, thereby providing you with additional and continued exposure.

Closed-End Fund Forum: Special and continued promotion through a special section of www.closedendfundforum.com and www.capitallinkforum.com websites for at least six months after the event date.

Fund Table at the event: You can reserve your own a table for guests during the luncheon with your Fund's logo displayed.

Keynote Speaker - Lunch and IR Awards: The Gold Sponsor will be the Keynote Speaker during lunch and will also coordinate the IR Awards Ceremony during the lunch.

Participate in the Round table discussion: Gold and Silver Sponsors will participate in a round table discussion -scheduled for 45-60 minutes- at the end of the conference (for more information, please review previous webcasts and list of presenters)
