Strategic index development is based on clear and concise index rules, transparency, and tradability. All indices meet the requirements of an underlying for derivative financial instruments. Deutsche Börse Indices are licensed with financial institutions worldwide as a basis for investment products.

Among the more than 2.100 Deutsche Börse Indices are Selection Indices such as the DAX® und TecDAX®, Strategy Indices such as DivDAX® and ShortDAX®, Bond and Commodity Indices, International Indices under the DAXglobal® brand as well as broad spectrum of Sector Indices.
