Benjamin Fulton
Executive Vice President - Global Product Development

Mr. Fulton brings over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the areas of new product development and management. Prior to PowerShares, he was a principle of Clermont Consulting, a consulting firm focused on the creation and development of retail investment products.
Mr. Fulton was President and a founding partner of Claymore Securities, a financial services firm in the Chicagoland area. In his capacity as President, he oversaw the development and product management of all the firm's product offerings, including closed-end funds, mutual funds, unit investment trusts, structured investments and hedge funds.
Prior to forming Claymore Securities, Mr. Fulton was Managing Director of Structured Investments at Nuveen Investments. His responsibilities included product development and management for the Nuveen Structured Investments and International Division. Under Mr. Fulton's tenure, Nuveen Investments' product line increased from a predominately municipal bond focus to a broad array of equity offerings.
Before joining Nuveen Investments, Mr. Fulton was Senior Vice President of Product Development at Nike Securities LP. His responsibilities included the expansion of Nike's unit investment trust product line. He has also served as a financial consultant for Thomson McKinnon and Bear Stearns. Mr. Fulton received his BA in Business Administration from Taylor University in 1984.
