Michael Forstl, CIMA
Managing Director, Nuveen Investments
Mr. Forstl, CIMA, oversees the sales activity of a National Team of Closed-End Funds and Structured Products Consultants. Prior to his current position, Mr. Forstl served as Managing Director of the Eastern Division of Nuveen Adviser Consultants, overseeing sales and accounts relationship management. Previously in his career, Mr. Forstl served as Managing Director of Nuveen's Financial Institutions Group. During his 25-year career in the industry, Mr. Forstl has held positions with Security Pacific Merchant Bank, Van Kampen and Dean Witter. Mr. Forstl received a BA in Economics from the University of Georgia. He holds his CIMA designation and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute.
