Thomas
N. Rzepski is a Vice President at the American Stock Exchange. He is
responsible for new business development in closed-end funds and exchange
traded funds. In this role, he initiates relationships with asset management
firms to present the benefits of listing closed-end funds and exchange
traded funds on the Amex.
Prior to
the American Stock Exchange, he was director of pension plan services
at Lehman Brothers in charge of marketing portfolio trading, derivatives
and securities lending to public and corporate pension plan sponsors.
Before
Lehman Brothers, he was with PaineWebber where he marketed equity derivatives
to pension plan sponsors, mutual funds, hedge funds and other institutional
investors.
Tom received
a B.S. in economics at Villanova University and completed Ph.D. course
requirements in economics at Georgetown University.
