John Key is an Executive Director in UBS Investment Bank's Global Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Key specializes in working with asset management and related companies. Mr. Key has extensive experience in the origination, structuring and capital raising of investment products on behalf of asset management companies.

He also heads the Fund Advisory and Marketing Services Group that is responsible for providing clients with comprehensive market intelligence and analytical reviews of exchange-traded fund performance and the implementation of proactive marketing and communications with regard to client managed funds.

He joined PaineWebber in 1992 and occupied a variety of roles in different areas within the Private Client Group, including Exchange-Traded Fund Sales and Marketing, International Equity Research Sales and Domestic Equity Research Sales. Mr. Key holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
