Noel Archard is currently heading the Vanguard VIPERs® Institutional Sales Team. He was previously responsible for the product management of the VIPERs® lineup across multiple business lines within Vanguard. Mr. Archard has been involved with Vanguard’s ETF program since 2003.

Mr. Archard joined Vanguard in 1996. He has worked in various roles during that time, running Vanguard’s outside funds program, the brokerage Business Development & Marketing team along with the brokerage Investor Services Group. Prior to coming to The Vanguard Group, Mr. Archard worked for a suburban Philadelphia money management firm.

Mr. Archard is a CFA charterholder and maintains his NASD Series 7, 63, 65 & 24 registrations. He received his B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
