Jon Maier

Mr.
Maier is a director in the closed-end funds group of UBS Investment
Research. An analyst since August 1997, Mr. Maier specializes in the
coverage of closed-end funds, including index, domestic taxable fixed
income, municipal bond and equity funds. Prior to the UBS AG acquisition
of PaineWebber Incorporated, Mr. Maier was the closed-end funds analyst
at PaineWebber. Before that Mr. Maier worked on privatization projects
as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Kiev, Ukraine and was a financial analyst
with the American International Group. Mr. Maier holds a B.B.A. from
Emory University.
Mr.
Sorenson received an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and
an MBA degree from Columbia University, where he concentrated in Accounting
and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
