Principal, Vanguard VIPERs
Noel Archard is
responsible for product management of the Vanguard VIPERs®, Vanguard’s
exchange traded funds (ETFs). His focus is on establishing and developing
the utilization of the VIPERs across all appropriate business lines
within Vanguard. Mr. Archard has been involved with Vanguard’s
ETF program since 2003.
Mr. Archard joined
Vanguard in 1996. He has worked in various roles during that time, running
Vanguard’s outside funds program, the brokerage Business Development
& Marketing team along with the brokerage Investor Services Group.
Mr. Archard is a
CFA charterholder and maintains his NASD Series 7, 63, 65 & 24 registrations.
He received his B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
