LaBranche Structured Products, LLC.
Ross Moore is the CEO of LaBranche Structured Products LLC (LSP). LSP
is a specialist and market maker in over 300 equity, index, and futures
style options, as well as a specialist and market maker in all 133 Exchange
Traded products and six financial futures. Mr. Moore joined LaBranche
and Co. in January of 2002 and subsequently founded LSP, a wholly-owned
subsidiary company of LaBranche, in September of the same year.
Before arriving
at LaBranche, Mr. Moore was the co-founder and managing member of the
Terrapin Trading Group, LLC. Terrapin conducted an option and ETF market
making business on the American Stock Exchange and the Chicago Board
Options Exchange.
Mr.
Moore now serves as an Amex Exchange Official and is also seated on
the New York Futures Exchange Board of Governors. He also served on
various operating and special committees of the Amex as well as an advisor
to the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Market Maker Association.
Mr. Moore is a member of the NYU Downtown Hospital Benefit Committee
and an active fundraiser for women’s cancer. He received a BBA
in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1986. He
resides in Connecticut with his wife and two daughters.
