Mr. Beardsley has extensive experience in operations and system development in the corporate actions industry. As a service provider to various transfer agents as well as Corporations in the set-up, administration, and processing of a wide range of complex reorganization events, including mergers, tenders, dutch auctions, rights offerings, demutualizations, class action settlements, and others, Mr. Beardsley has developed an ability to manage many ongoing projects to a successful completion.

Mr. Beardsley has 11 years experience in the stock transfer industry and has served on the Board of Directors of the Corporate Actions Division of the Securities Industry Association, currently sitting on The Advisory Council to the Corporate Actions Division.
