Todd
Reit is a Managing Director in UBS Investment Bank’s Global Financial
Institutions Group. Mr. Reit specializes in a broad array of strategic
advisory services in the asset management and related sectors. Mr. Reit’s
responsibilities include new business origination and transaction execution
functions.
Mr.
Reit has extensive experience in the origination, structuring and capital
raising of investment products as well as merger and acquisition and
corporate finance transactions. Mr. Reit joined PaineWebber Incorporated
as a Financial Analyst in 1991 and joined UBS as part of the UBS/PaineWebber
merger in 2000.
Prior
to 1991, he was a Research Analyst at Value Line, Inc. Mr. Reit holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware.
