Nicholas Bratt is a managing director and head of Equity Product. He is responsible for continually reviewing and assessing the quality of existing equity products and for developing new products. He is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships between the Global Equity Department and major institutional clients worldwide.

Bratt is an experienced international investor with a profound knowledge of global investment strategies. Prior to his current role, Bratt spent 25 years at Scudder Stevens and Clark and later Zurich Scudder Investments (a DeAM predecessor company). As Global CIO and Director of Scudder's Global Equity Group, he developed the company's international equity business on a worldwide basis. He launched several New York Stock Exchange-listed closed-end funds, including the first funds to invest in Brazil, Argentina and Korea. Earlier, he managed international equity portfolios at Morgan Grenfell (a DeAM predecessor company) in London and Geneva.

Bratt is on the Board of the Korea Society and on the Advisory Board of Maison Française at Columbia University.

He received a BA from St. John's College, Oxford University and an MIA from Columbia University. He is a Fulbright Scholar.
