Galina Tosheva
Deputy Minister of Economy & Energy of Bulgaria
Ms Tosheva graduated from the Technical University -Sofia, as an Economist majoring in Industrial Management Engineering.
From 1997 till 2000 served as an expert at State Agency of Energy and Energy resources in the Financial Department and from 1997 till 2000 she was a Member of the Board of Directors of "Energoremont Varna" EAD. During 2000 she served in the Board of Directors of the Electricity Distribution Company Stara Zagora and till 2002 was the Head of Finance Department at the Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant.
From 2002 up until now, Ms. Tosheva is a Member of Board of Directors of the "Mini Maritza Iztok" EAD. From 2002 till October 2005 she was Head of Projects Department Projects of Structural Reform and State Participation in the Directorate Ministry of Energy and Energy Resources and then was appointed Director of Energy Markets and Restructuring in the Directorate Ministry of Economy and Energy till September 2006.
From September 2006 up until now, Ms. Tosheva is the Deputy Minister Economy and Energy of Bulgaria.
Ms. Tosheva is fluent in spoken and written English, German and Russian.
