Josh Wingerd is VIPERs Product Manager within Vanguard's Quantitative Equity Group. His responsibilities include product development and marketing for Vanguard's exchange-traded VIPER™ Shares, including Total Stock Market VIPERs and Extended Market VIPERs with more than $1 billion in combined assets.

Mr. Wingerd joined the Vanguard group in 1991 and has served in a variety of positions with the firm's Investment Adviser Services and Planning and Development units.

Mr. Wingerd is a Certified Financial Planner™ licensee as well as a NASD licensed General Securities Principal. He received his B.A. in History from Washington & Lee University.
