Mr. Larkin is a Senior Vice President in the New Products Development area of the American Stock Exchange where he is involved in the creation, listing and marketing of exchange traded funds and new derivative products.

Mr. Larkin has been with the Exchange since 1998. Previously, Mr. Larkin served in various capacities in the derivatives industry at ING-Barings, Leland O'Brien, Rubenstein, Inc., and First Boston. He spent nearly twenty years at Goldman Sachs with his last role as Vice President responsible for the global marketing of equity derivatives. Larry is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
