Paul joined Morgan Stanley in 1994 and has 8 years of investment experience. He is a Portfolio Manager for our Emerging Markets Equity portfolios focusing on country and sector allocation and portfolio construction. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Research Associate at the International Monetary Fund.

Paul received a B.A. from Brandeis University in Political Science and a Masters degree from SAIS, Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Economic and Latin American Studies. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
